Payment

This online payment processing is designed for single transactions or to setup payment plans. If you desire to discuss alternate arrangements, please contact us at (866) 728-2097 Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, Central time to discuss available options.

Service Fee

A fee may apply if you choose to use this service to make a payment online and the fee amount will be displayed as “service fee.” You will not incur a fee if you mail a payment to the address listed in the correspondence you received from Cloud. You can also call us to obtain other payment options.

Automatic Telephone Dialing

By accepting these terms and conditions you agree and expressly consent to being contacted by Cloud through the use of an automatic telephone dialing system to receive autodialed, prerecorded calls and text messages to any applicable wireless telephone number.

Telephone Monitoring and Recording

We may listen to and record your telephone calls with us. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that we monitor and record telephone conversations whether you or we initiate the telephone call.

Errors and Unauthorized Transactions

Tell us immediately if you believe that an unauthorized transaction has been or may be conducted to or from one of your accounts without your permission. Telephoning is the best way to minimize possible losses. You can:
